Appraisal Rates

Insurance appraisals –  $90 for the first item, $70 for each subsequent item.

Note: Sometimes exceptional items will require an additional cost, determined per case. You will be informed at the beginning of the evaluation if there is any additional cost.

Estate appraisals and Consultation – $100 per hour, billed in 10 minute increments with a one hour minimum. Typical estate evaluations can be done in one or two hours.

On-site appraisals – The normal rates listed above, plus a minimal setup fee of $50 within San Diego County. Setup fee can be waived for larger collections. Please inquire regarding areas outside San Diego County.

Paperless Discount – $10 off the total rate if you choose to receive your report in PDF format only.
